Very Bad and unfair service left us stranded
They said we're fully booked and not aware of my booking. Call them and check. It was a huge inconvenience and embarrassment I looked like disorganized person. They treated us unfairly as if we were lying when we said we booked. I gave them the reference number and they said they don't do bookings with Hotels.com. Please check your records we called you about this and you told us that you don't have the lodge telephone number.
