Big restaurant inside the building so parking get busy and things get a little noisy. Also somebody got through the floor by floor security and was drunkenly banging on my door in the middle of the night.

Absolutely terrible. Won't recommend to anyone. Firstly - the unit does not have an aircon! - the giant windows amplify the heat and makes it unbearable. The unit has broken cupboards and a musky smell. I checked out within 20 min of checking in. Was told by the owner that he will give me a partial refund as I had booked and paid for 5 days. But then asked me to promise not to write a negative review. I have all in writing. It's been over a month, many false promises and very unethical behaviour and poor communication. Honestly feel completely robbed. Basically blackmailed me into not posting a comment so that I could get some money back. I will never stay here, or recommend this unit to anyone.

Dissapointment

We ended up having to book a hotel as the owner of the apartment said our apartment was not ready even though we had sent an email stating we would arrive a day later, we were told to wait 4 hours before we could access an apartment that we paid for. we then left and booked a hotel. we are currently fighting with hotels.com for a refund of which they are refusing based on the booking purportedly being non-refundable. Hotels.com has been extremely unhelpful.
