"Clean and comfy. The room was quite big and comfortable though the lighting inside the room could be better. There was 2 dining options in the hotel and quite a range of options walking distance. It is one of the hotel that is quite convenient if you are not driving, there are bus stop and MRT station just on the main road. "

The airport shuttle is great with a concierge meeting you at the airport in a distinctive uniform. The rooms are modern and clean. The whole property is very upscale. "We got a bedroom with NO window and just in front of the elevator. So it was pretty noisy and we've been feeling a little claustrophobic!! Otherwise, bedroom and bathroom were fine. There was a very bright LED stripe under a small corner furniture which couldn't be turned off, and we had to hide the light with a pillow to be able to sleep. Swimming pool is nice but freezing cold!! Also they do not serve any wines or cocktails, only beers, and we're not beers drinkers :( Staff was very friendly."

However, sink leaks water whenever in use, wooden boards are terrorised by ants, hotel towels smells really bad, no hair dryer, hotel pool is greenish in colour and bedsheets and towels have stains.. lol it isn’t well maintained at all, just stay somewhere else.. hotel helped to spray some pesticide to kill ants but left wi try out even cleaning or clearing the corpses. I stayed 4 nights and the ants came back on the third night.. it’s...
