"Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. "For me entering a hotel a have welcoming staff it’s essential. It a great feeling to be greeted and answered all questions. I was amazed that the ladies at the front desk both speak Spanish. Isha explained everything with so much patience and then our room was excellent. Looked like a small apartment with mini kitchen and even a dishwasher. Breakfast was included and to my surprise it was a complete breakfast. Large variety of waffles, eggs and bacon, oatmeal with all the fixings, yogurt, cereal...

Saturday morning we reported that the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was not draining and that the shower doors would not stay shut. We were told it would be taken care of by the time we returned. The toilet seat was fastened but nothing else was addressed. "They cancelled me out of my room. I called earlier in the week to cancel two nights just to one, they wouldn’t let me. I had already paid for the two nights. I showed up Saturday with the room already paid for both night and they re booked my room and didn’t reimburse me my money. Never called me to notify me. Absolutely don’t recommend this place."
