"I stayed at the Element Boston Seaport and would rate it a "B-" overall. The highlights were the spacious room, which felt more like a one-bedroom apartment, a very comfortable bed with extra pillows, and a thoughtful daily snack credit worth about $15. The gym was also better than expected for a smaller hotel. The downsides were several maintenance issues: the pool was closed, the massage chair was out of service, and the shower door handle needed repair. I also experienced confusion with...

"Everything was great"

"Naila text me after I checked in and asked how everything was and told me to reach out if I needed anything during my stay. That little personal touch was really nice. The warm cookies were appreciated as I checked in late and was tired, but wanted a snack. Room was clean. I was on the 1st floor, but there was a keycard at the doors to the rooms so it was very quiet."

"The property is for 20 year old's. Loud music, bar environment, terrible breakfast. I will never stay there again. A waste at $400.+ a night!!"

"I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately."

"Conveniently located in Boston’s Seaport area just a few minutes walk from Legal Seafood and Harpoon Brewery. Hyatt place had great staff from the moment we valeted our car to checking in. The room was clean with nice finishes and a kitchenette. We would highly recommend and definitely stay there again."
