"We always enjoy our stay at NCED. They have upgraded the rooms with a mini fridge and added shampoo and conditioner to the shower. The free breakfast is the best in town!"

"The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable."

"Wished we'd known ahead of time, the hotel was hosting a Cosplay weekend and while like minded folks were heavily mingling doing their cosplay thing, it was not a place for me. But locked in, the place was everything but peaceful. Break fast was semi normal attire and very good as expected, but the social hour was a bit awkward and the bar tenders need to wipe down their bar more frequently. Sticky is not inviting. I probably won't be back. The hot tub was out of commission, looked like it...

"Staff was very kind pleasant. Amenities were good. Room was great except for a condensation leak from HVAC unit. Carpet was wet infront of unit, I noticed barefoot during the night. Thankfully front desk acknowledged the info and closed the room down for maintenance."

"We stayed in room 102 and roaches crawled out from behind the mirror in the wall. The pool is "closed for maintenance" and the pillows are not comfortable and the sheets are stained. This place is gross. NEVER AGAIN."

"Bathtub drainage was slow/clogged, had to change room. Second room is fine. Bed cover felt old and long-used. Was not comfortable to sleep. Was expecting better room condition and equipments overall with this well-branded hotel."

"Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They did charge me anything when I brought my little chihuahua with me, I did have his kennel with me. Linens were all clean as well as the rest of the room and hotel. The deposit to stay was lower than anywhere else that In looked at. There wasn't breakfast but it made up for it by being clean and very quiet."

"The pool and gym were both closed. The shower curtain and towels had holes in them. I tried to talk to a manager but no one was ever available and no one else could help. The place is run down and dirty."
