"We booked the Silver Lake Pool and Inn for a one-night stay to celebrate a birthday. Four of us stayed in the the queen double room and we all absolutely loved it! The view of the hills and the neighborhood were gorgeous. We loved the furniture and design (it felt like a hip and groovy house) and the beds were comfy. We asked for a quiet room and were accommodated, no noise issues to report! Reesee and Perla checked us in, and they were sweet and very helpful and thoughtful. The valet service...

"Security at the entrance every night was a genuine plus given the neighborhood. Room is modern and relatively clean. Fantastic water pressure, AC kept it cold. That's where the highlights end. Walked in to find a strand of hair on the bed sheet and in the bathtub. At this price point that's extremely disappointing and hygienically unacceptable — especially after a long day of travel. No do-not-disturb sign in the room so I assumed no housekeeping. They came in anyway which was unexpected....

"Undesirable neighborhood, very frightening to be even outside at night or in that area. No amenities at all, very very dirty area. Check-in staff was not knowledgeable, helpful or friendly in anyway. For the price I paid I expected a lot more.. will never stay there again nor would I recommend this place at least not at the price they charge. And even if it was a lower rate, I would still not stay there again."

"Our check in was not pleasant, the staff was not friendly at all even if I want to ask about the hotel , parking,, and why the deposit is too high he just answered me , have a nice day. The free breakfast was the most budgeted we ever had, just sliced bread , butter and coffee. It is not a quiet setting because it’s a main road with emergency vehicles on siren and loud engine pipes , some homeless people by the entrance.
