"First room given had definitely been smoked in. We didn’t want to be responsible for charges associated, so we called down to the desk. Their directions were confusing, and I was still talking when they hung up on me. We went down to the desk, and they were happy to change rooms and gave an excuse about that room being near the pool where people would smoke. They said they were going to bring keys for a new room up to us, but that wasn’t clear on the phone. They were very apologetic about the inconvenience and gave us a very nice room. Breakfast was very good, but it is not complementary, $5 per person."

"Overall it was a good experience. The bathrooms could use a good deep clean and new mattresses are in order. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately there was nighttime construction happening on the already busy road outside my window but that it’s the hotel’s fault."

"Koi pond. Rooms are renovated. Starbucks. I usually don't feel relaxed in hotels on work trips except in the OC and in Maine... and here. This hotel is up there! Rooms have nice ambience, and Jason working the night shift was great! Parking in the garage was $20."
