"Room very clean, which was lovely. In a bit of disrepair thought. The showers hot water was flipped with the cold, so the water was barely on when it was turned to hot. Bathroom towel rack kept falling off the wall, the sink drain was disconnected and kept sticking shut and the curtain rod would come apart and fall whenever you attempted to open the curtains. Staff was friendly and helpful, beds were very comfortable, varrying pillow firmness was a nice touch. Coffee in the lobby was actually...

"The hotel was a fun find. We stayed here for one night on our way to pick up our daughter from GCU. We love boutique hotels and Canyons didn’t disappoint! The hotel staff was excellent, we enjoyed using the complimentary cruiser bikes to explore downtown Kanab and the room was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend Canyons if you’re looking for something other than a chain hotel. "

My only constructive comment would be that, while very well maintained, the property is tastefully dated. Its part of the charm certainly but I hope they invest a bit in updating some of the dated items that are not necessarily related to the charm (such as nicer bathrooms). Small concern, and overall a great stay."
