This is a lovely property, very well kept. Beautiful accommodation. The only thing I would have changed is the road noise when trying to set outside. Not a problem from inside your casita.

Thank you for your comments and survey. We did have a wedding going on and did have the pavillion and patio closed from 3-7pm, but we were able to reopen it for guests to enjoy. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope you will come back and give us another try.

Beautiful property. Rooms were amazing. Nice walk in shower. Winery and restaurant on site. My wife and I had a wonderful time. Staff very friendly.

Nice stay
The front desk moved us around so our party could be closer. Rooms were very large and comfortable. Very quiet as well.

Relax in the Hill country
Enjoyed the restaurant close by, the winery and brewery on site, and the sitting area outdoors. Great getaway for the weekend.

Great stay!
Amazing stay for a quick girl's weekend. The room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant is amazing and the wines are good. My only suggestion would be to give guests a copy of the property map. There is a map at the front desk and one in the room, but I would print one on the back of the information sheet they give at check-in.

We were put in a handicapped room which wasn’t necessary…very few people at this property on Christmas Eve so there were plenty of regular rooms available. TV didn’t work, restaurant wasn’t open for regular guests.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns on your next stay we would have moved you. The restaurant is closed Monday - Wednesday, sorry for the inconvenience. Quick getaway
This stay was so calming. Clean, staff was kind, and wine was great! We walked in with 5 min to close at the tasting room to buy and the girl took time to let us taste a few to decide without making us feel rushed. We will return with friends soon

The villas (rooms) are lovely with generous space. It is good to have a restaurant. tasting room and bar on-site, not to mention potential live music. The swimming pool and hot tub are great too. It is just a pity about the road noise from Route 290.

This place has 4-plex type housing. Very nice! It was close to Johnson City and Fredrericksburg, TX. I would highly recommend this place!

We will stay again when we visit Fredericksburg. The restaurant food was delish and the room was great. The only complaints are that there was no bottled water available and the entry floor was very dirty when we arrived. This is minor, but I'm a coffee person so having better condiment (creamer).options would've been a plus.

Poor value. Like a slightly better hotel room for significantly more cost. Staff is nice and cleanliness good. Restaurant and brewery closed Wednesday, but rooms are full price. You should get a discount.

This little gem will not be hidden for long.
Each room feels like both a hotel and home. The rooms were spacious and clean. The showers were hot with plenty of pressure. There is a winery and brewery on the property, and the location is superb. Everyone on the property is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
