"The room was beautiful, the bathroom was luxurious and clean. The staff particularly Debbie was very welcoming and friendly, just perfect for who you’d want as front of house staff.
The breakfast had a great variety whether you wanted hot or cold food just help yourself! Tea and coffee was served to you making it feel more personal.
The gardens were immaculate, the gardener clearly puts a lot of time and effort into it.
There was good parking accessible and easy to everyone."

"Great location at a good price.
My only gripe was a reading lamp at side of bed which was needing replaced or fixed came on at 3am and woke me"

"The cabin/cottages were nice, and updated. The restaurant Palomino and main building is getting dated and service is falling off.
The breakfast was great as usual and most staff is friendly.
Wifi is terrible and non-accessible or very slow at best"

"From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty in the stunning castle. Our bags were immediately taken to our room in the tower, reservations for dinners, suggestions for hikes and exploring and help with arrangements for our departure in a couple days. Breakfasts were phenomenal and top notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the day of departure at 4:30am and our bags taken back down to our rental car. The spa experience was exceptional. The pool, sauna and steam room were...
