The place is secluded and peaceful. However the Wi-Fi as per other review is very bad. The hotel room is not maintain well.

The room door entrance card system was broken. 2 time. Though I call to reception, I wait over 30min outside of room until maintenance guy to come. I called 3 time to reception to come earlier, but reception lady never apology, and keep saying just wait. I think the hot water tank is small, so hot water immediately finish.

Last minute stay at Anugraha
Initially upon reaching reception, the staff mentioned that our booking has been transferred to Cinta Ayu apartment (Anugraha Boutique sister hotel which is an apartment style), without our consultation. We didn’t book Cinta Ayu as we’ve stayed there before and have made a booking at Anugraha instead. Only upon our insistence, did the staff eventually give us keys to the two rooms at Anugraha which we booked for. The hotel was hosting an Auto show & another event hence the carpark lots were all full, leaving us to park alongside the road leading to our hotel. Otherwise the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

took a while to get to the hotel, at first, it was the gps issue saying that the resort is somewhere else, like 20mins or so away from the original destination (i went to google map and that's where I went wrong). I called the resort and the staffs were very polite. Security at the main gate was welcoming and even brought us all the way from entrance -> to registration -> final resort place and room. However, there's something wrong with the door system of our room, so after waiting for about 10mins or so, we were greeted by another hotel staff to help with the door system. After trying out for another 3 mins or so, they had us upgraded to a larger room, and even extended our late check-out (after 12pm) with no extra charges. Did I mention, we came to this vicinity at like 4~5am in the morning, and they still gladly greeted us and help out with everything possible.

Hotel needs refurnished
Tv has limited channel and worst, it do not telecast any world cup matches. Spray holder came off! Plus point has a good nite as no children running around.

Nightmare hotel
Worst hotel that I have even stayed in my entire night. Highly recommended by my friend for it's quiet and lovely surrounding. But none of these speaks for the service in the hotel. Worst service and staff behave like robots than people who have the passion to serve. I booked this hotel for 2 nights but due to the horrible experience I and my partner had encountered, we decided to leave after for 1 night. Below are the defects we faced in the room 8201 and the pervious room: Aircon not working, TV remote battery flat, Bathtub no stopper, Shower leaking, room dusty and dirty (room not occupied for a period of time). Staff not friendly and welcoming, duty manager are jokers in this hotel who doesn't even know how to do effective service recovery. Overall I will never recommend this hotel to any of my family or friends.

Could be a great place but...
Outside looks very nice but then no service at all. We arrived and went straight to the hotel. No one around... We sounded the door bell a few times... No luck. Then we asked in the restaurant and they informed we had to check in at the nearby Cinta Ayu hotel. The room was nice but lacked some maintenance. The room fridge was empty - no drinks of any kind... What else to say?

An average resort
I booked 2 rooms. Upon entering the rooms, we found the A/C units were dripping water. The DVD player was missing from one room. When we called and asked for a maintenance staff, it tooked a while before a staff came. Also, the balcony was badly damaged from termites, there were stains on the furniture and bedsheet, and some light fixtures did not work. The buffet dinner was mediocre. The hotel is now a mere reflection of its former glory. Most of the facilities look old.

Good hotel but getting old
The room appeared nice on first impression. However, found out later that the phone did not work, the bathtub water stopper leaked water and the hot water tap did not supply even warm water. Informed the technicians to fix the problems while I went for a dip in the pool. However, they could not fix it, and I asked for a change of room. I think the service was good in that they showed urgency to effect the change of room. Food-wise, I would rate it as average. Spa quality depended on the masseur assigned to you. Mine was good, my wife's was average. I would go back to the hotel again if I am looking for a short getaway due to its proximity to Singapore and the tranquility of the surrounding but I think it is in need for some renovation.
