Unaware prior to booking this room that its located at the basement with no windows … The helpful staff offered that we make additional payment to upgrade to a room above ground. Feels a bit weird but the upgraded room was nice and comfortable. Bedding was super comfortable, room was also spacious and washrooms were clean

The hotel is rundown, poorly maintained. The room is not soundproof, we can hear the live band nearby despite staying on the 8th floor (the band ended past 3am). The bath towels and bedsheet were stained. Water from the heater is far from warm, and the pressure is not strong. Overall, not worth the price for such a hotel. Very disappointed.

I really like the service provided as they were able to let us check-in on time. The bed is super comfy and I felt asleep really fast, even though I'm someone who have a hard time falling asleep in a new environment.

We stayed there for one night and the stay there was good. Room was clean and the recep allows us to check out latest at 12:30pm Many eateries and pubs nearby. Tried the lok lok stall beside the hotel and it was good. I feel safe when returning to hotel late at night as the nearby stalls do open till late night.

Overall it is a converted apartment to Hotel. The room is spacious for the basement unit but the sound proofing is a little poor and you can hear loud noises from the other rooms. With the space in my room, would be nice to have a small sofas on the empty space. Looks much better then. Overall it is clean and the location is great.

If you drive, make sure you ask where exactly to park your vehicle, or else they clamp even though there is no "Clamp-Zone" at all the parking lots around the vicinity.

The stay was fine, but the hotel internet is not too reliable. I have 3 devices and only 1 device was able to log in after many failed attempts, and when it did log in the signal strength is 2 bar maximum.

Stayed 4 nights. First of all I booked this hotel for it's proximity to many food options and good location. However, there are a few defects in the room which I like to highlight here. Firstly, the safe is not working on once I checked in, secondly the dressing table chair is dislodged and it is a safety hazard. Lastly the water basin is leaking but still manageable. Not being picky for the price paide but might be a major issue to picky travellers.

Hotel doesn't accept credit card as deposit. Quite a turn off for this. Luckily they are willing to accept $100RM instead of $200RM for deposit. It gets a bit noisy in the middle of the night as the area is known for its nightlife.

We booked this hotel by mistake and immediately called Expedia to cancel. They called the hotel and they said this is a non-refundable booking and we can not do anything! I would guess other customer services are similarly terrible.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. However, I noticed a couple of issues that could use improvement. There was an unpleasant smell that occurred intermittently, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the coffee creamer provided was unusually hard and not usable. Addressing these concerns would definitely enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.
