Nice hotel in a poor location. My room, their top of the line room, was nice and large but lacked a refrigerator and cable TV, meaning there were virtually no channel choices. Good AC. Decent breakfast with no choices on the pleasant roof top but by 8AM the juice was watered down with huge amounts of melted ice. Instant coffee, tea and water are the only other drink choices.
The neighborhood is terrible, maybe safe but literally every other building on a 400 yard long street is shuttered by 6PM and the street is completely dark with no street lighting. During the day there is a sketchy looking restaurant at the end of the block. You will need to either take a half mile+ walk or a taxi to get food or drink. No mini-mart at all in the neighborhood and nothing available on site, yet it would be so easy to have food and cold drink vending machines in the "executive" room, which with room fridges would cover some of the problems.
