Better stay at somewhere else

Was here for transit to KL. The only positive side of the hotel is located close to the JB check point, train station and malls. The room was spacious, but tired with broken door, old curtain, dirt carpet, hairs on the bathroom floor, used toothpick on the sofa and some garbage from the previous guest that was hidden in the TV cabinet! Bad services from the lobby receptionist. There was no WiFi in the room. Very hard bed. The television is not working properly. and the lift was so old and dirt. A completely bad experience. Not worth the money.

Hotel dekat pusat kota tapi kondisi memprihatinkan. Kamar kurang bersih. Seprai tak disetrika. Harga tak sepadan dengan fasilitas yang diterima.

Only if no choice hotel!

The staff and location are the best things about this hotel. Tv didn’t work, aircon was so notvworning and though the staff tried, not much can be done in such short notice. Should request for room on lower floor so reception is better! Actually booked 2 nights and paid, but lost money as checked out after 1 night as my child really was unhappy. No air con, tv that doesn’t work, very difficult to rest well. Breakfast was not so bad so actually management should spend some money and do some minor renovation. Have. Very good location but we lost money As already paid for room on hotel.com. So disappointing!

Run down hotel, receptionist was dishonest, collected hotel fee twice, didnt want to cause trouble hence just gave them the extra RM20 (for 2 nights). No towels provided, room felt eerily creepy, was unable to sleep well for both nights, kept waking up every hour or so. Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Overall, worst hotel experience ever.

Air-con on second nite totally not cold at all, make me cant sleep the whole nite and perspire the whole nite. Last day before check out, after I came back from the breakfast at 4th storey, my card totally cannot use at all, I need to waste my time to go all the way to the lobby and ask them what happen.

Photos shown online are outdated. Damage Furnitures , door ,curtain and u can feel the mattress spring when sit or lay down. Dusty room, wet carpet ,omg sucks. Worst its haunted . Was disturbed from 12midnight till 3am plus.

방 배정이 아쉽네요.

처음 배정받은 방은 습기가 많고 곰팡이 냄새가 나는 방이었습니다. 들어갔는데 카드가 이미 꼽혀있었고 에어컨이 계속 동작중이었습니다. 그래도 습기가 많고 곰팡이 냄새가 났습니다. 카운터에 이야기해서 다른 좋은 방으로 변경했지만 그래도 기분은 별로였습니다. 처음부터 그런 방을 배정했다는것이 별로 좋지 않았습니다.

NICE LOCATION BUT TERRIBLE ROOM FACILITIES

The building is skyscraper but the room is horrible, air con not working, toilet was not flush from the previous tenant, toilet seat stained, found lizard poop on the sink counter, no water sprinkler, no toiletries except for toothbrush & 2 tiny bar soap, water from the tap is white in color not normal water color. Water boiler heat rod rusted, therefore the boiled water cannot be consumed. The TV is an ancient tv box type, no remote & transmission sucks. The pillow smell. Overall rating NO GOOD, THE ONLY THING THAT IS GOOD ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS ITS LOCATION. THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD RENOVATE ALL THE ROOM INCLUSIVE OF THE LIFT LOBBY SHOULD THEY WANTED TO STAND OUT SINCE THEIR LOCATION IS GOOD

想像以上に古く、汚いホテルでした。

安さと駅への近さだけで選んだので多くは期待していませんでしたが、それにしても酷かった。 ・アメニティは歯ブラシと石鹸だけ。シャンプーもコップもない。 ・シャワーはお湯が出ない。タオルはバスタオルが二枚だけでフェイスタオル、ハンドタオルなどはない。。 ・トイレの便座が汚い。ペーパーホルダーは壊れていてスムーズにペーパーが引き出せない ・水回り全般が汚く、ほとんど清掃しないまま古い汚れが染みついた感じ。 ・スリッパがない。床はごみやほこりだらけ。仕方なくずっと靴をはいていた。 ・窓の外は交通量が激しい道路で騒音がひどい。 ・Wifiがつながらない。 ・朝食は7時からだが、7時10分に行ってもほとんど用意されていない。席で待つよう促されたがいつまでたっても出てこない。 イメージの写真とはあまりに違いすぎます。もう泊まる気にはなれないホテルでした。

Eerie hotel

1) Room seems old with old furnitures & worn-out flooring carpet, box TV with poor picture quality.. 2) The room seems not well lit. 3) The bed mattress are hard 4) No fridge provided 5) but the toilet is quite clean

VERY BAD

Bedsheets had stains on it . Carpet was dirty . Windows very dirty(had stains of sweat on it) . Bed was hard as a rock . Not to mention , no wifi in the room while when its the 21st century . TV was very old too , maybe even older than myself .

Worst hotel in the world

Room very dirty, bed got a lot of bedbugs. Asked Room very dirty, bed got a lot of bedbugs, catch a few and wanted them to change room, they keep on said ok, but in the end did not change. My family didn’t sleep the whole night and worry that bugs hide inside our luggage, so did not put on the floor. Aircon very noisy. This is the worst hotel I have in my life. Will not come back again. Please don’t book this hotel.

Location was very good, connected over-head bridge from city square but need to walk down the stairs to hotel lobby. -Room very big which allow 2 extra roll-away bed , furniture very torn out. -dirty carpet, -odour smell and stains pillow although pillow case is clean -using ''mattress protecter'' as duvet, - leaking water pipe throughout the stay -roll away bed but only mattress with no bed frame provided so sleeping on floor :( -air-con water leakage @ my parents room in middle of the night -window not sound proof, which can still heard the outside surrounding - breakfast was bad. -totally different from website review. -Internal door lock can be screw out.

It was overall an okay stay. Mainly stayed there because of its location to the mall nearby. Accommodation wise is just okay. The bed was pretty hard and the sofas were moldy. Might stay again due to location.

駅に近い点と値段が安い点は良いが、部屋・館内の快適度や周辺の雰囲気は、あまり良くない。 初めに渡されたカードキーでは部屋には入れず、メンテナンスメンバーを呼ぶことになった。 チェックイン時のフロントの女性は印象が良かったが、あとは平均を下回るレベル。

This is the WORST HOTEL in the earth.

Dirty and Worst Hotel in the World where human being and even creature will NOT stay in this HOTEL. Room are very very dirty and fowl smelled. Aircon NOT working. Bed linens were not changed. There is NO Bell Boys to carry your luggage from Reception to Room. Breakfast served in a very unhygienic atomosphere. It would have been better and comfortable, if I stayed in platform rather than staying in that Hotel. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL for even my enemy to stay. Such a WORST HOTEL you cannot see any where in the world. Room rates are also HIGH. Rest are taps and health wash were broken. None of the Hotel staff care for Guest and their comfort.

Do not stay. Worst hotel ever.

Worst hotel ever, not even fit to be called a hotel. The first thing we found when we got into our room was a big cockroach on the bathroom floor and there were multiple dead smaller cockroaches scattered around. Very dirty hotel, the toilet seat was stained, toilet paper was damp, sink had specks of dirt, pillow casings and bedsheets were yellowish, carpet was ripped at some parts (and looked dusty). And they forgot to provide us with towels, so we went down to ask. The receptionist wasnt very nice and only gave us one towel when there's three of us. He said will send us two more later but in the end it did not come at all. 3 of us actly had to share one towel cause it was alrdy late. Such bad service.. And hotel staff did not even bother cleaning the room before we came, there were used tissues left on the table.. and to add on, the table was wobbly. Will not ever come back again. Not even fit for one night stay.

This is the MOST Terrible Hotel Stay experience through HOTEL.COM Overall & ALL aspects of the hotel is HORRIBLE, except the Location is very good I strongly suggest this hotel to be delisted from the website...!!!
