There are some faults in their electrical power, eg bedside lamp and ceiling lights. A few areas in the toilet are moldy too. No moveable shower hose only rainfall shower, so i guess all those who do not wish to wash their hair twice are force to do so. No shower cap provided also

Hotel customer services are bad.Did provide the receipt but their foreigner receptionist still would like to try charge us extra gov tax again ,without provide for children breakfast etc.

THE MOST TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE HOTEL IN MALAYSIA
The shower water outlet was blocked, and it caused flooding in the shower place as well as outside the shower place. All the wall sockets were damaged, and I cannot even charge my phone. One table lamp was carelessly removed causing darkness in the room. Everything looked neglected and unattended to for long time before I checked in. Shockingly I saw the hotel staff easily got access to my room with just a swipe with the card they wear on their neck. Although I put "no makeup room" at the door, the hotel staff still sent cleaner to clean my room without respecting customer's request. The hotel check in staff were rude (ladies) and they gave wrong information. NO room service at all and which is so disappointing. All phone line were pull out and cut off and customers have no way to comminute with hotel reception.

Conveniently located hotel, room condition ok
Came for a 2 night stay from SG. Chose this hotel because of water park and bathtub in room. Didn't have chance to go water park tho. My room was acceptably clean and rather spacious. Bed was comfy. The bathtub had some burn marks (probably cigarette butt burns, even though hotel says no smoking) but otherwise clean and functional. Didn't spend much time in the room since purpose of stay was to enjoy the surrounding area. Location of hotel is great since it's just above the mall. Lots of very good eateries within and nearby the mall as well, and a cool convenience store (Avery Day) opposite the hotel lobby area that closes at midnight.

Booked breakfast with hotel but no voucher given, checked with Expedia and was told it was their mistake. Need to improve on this. Room was very noisy, bcoz of the next room customer was sick and was coughing the whole night. Did not manage to catch sleep. Overall experience was very bad!

On the day of check in, those bed sheet, pillows case are smelly seems like have not been change after the last clients checked out. Towels also smelly seems the towels were not properly clean and dried. Worst still, no proper assigned car parks level for hotel customers. Hotel should consider to alocate some level of parking for the hotel customer instead of mingle with shoppers parking

I booked the 3 bedroom apartment condo. Kitchen tap is loose and cabinet is old. Fridge is noisy when turned on. Common bathroom hot water system is not working. As we only stayed for a night so everyone showered in the master bathroom where hot water system is working. Bedding is hard. This is more like a chalet standard instead of hotel standard.

Weekend trip to Johor
Old room with no fridge to store water. Lifts take awhile to come up or down. Air con not working. Called the technician to fix but still not cold. Great location if you love shopping, hotel is part of mall.
