Property is ok. value for money for a short 1 night stay. No frills. Place is clean, although the towels smell like they were not properly dried. don't expect much. Good for a one night stay only to clean up, crash, wake up and go off. Was slightly uncomfortable with the street parking. But that can't be helped.

Dirty Kettle
As for the stay it's alright and all amenities is perfect but only the kettle is way out off the menu as it should be clean even if it's not occupied or there can check it before putting it in the room as it's so dirty and rusty too on the inside of the so called stainless steel as this l can't tolerate to accept it that it can be better if someone looks into it or you might loose lots of customers

The hotel is modern and clean. Staff are very helpful and it was easy to get help or answers to queries. Parking is on the road but a security guard watches the cars during the night. Wifi was down on arrival but was sorted out quickly and was available in our room. There is a good selection of restaurants nearby.

Minimal, but more than sufficient.
The stay was much better than expected. State-of-the-art security (locked main doors, card key access required for lift and room door) in a quite neighbourhood was a really big plus point. Basic room comfort with hairdryer provided for the females. No complaints for the price one pays for a night stay. Good variety of local hawker food just across the road for morning breakfast. My only negative point - the receptionist claimed that my booking reservation through hotels.com showed 1 room instead of 2 when clearly i had paid for 2 rooms. While it was eventually resolved because i insisted she checked on her end, it left a bad distaste for the night, even after attending a wedding dinner. Future guests might want to check and confirm with the hotel prior to arrival.

Good location with nice hawker food stall near by
Disappointed with their receptionists.l Hotel lift under maintenance so can't use during the stay. Only 1 water dispenser at lobby. Toilet basin stuck and water flooded in basin for sometimes. Clean and quiet,overall ok. But not so pleasant during the stay.

It’s quite clean and looks quite new hotel- only toilet flush button not very effective need to press harder... I’ve told the staff n he immediately called to repair... its very good place to stay!

Not too bad, only thing was the line was quite bad
Stayed for 2 nights it wasn't too bad, didn't know that the Japanese Deluxe was in the middle of the walkway so I can hear noises quite loud. Place looks quite new but the road within the hotel area is kinda bad so drive carefully as there's a lot of pot holes. As for the room itself is simple and neat looking, the only down side is that I can't get any coverage for my phone. Not too sure if it's the location problem or the room problem.

Comfortably suitable!
We like the minimalist design that looks clean & fresh. Bed is firm. Bathroom would be better with having hooks to hang clothes. Also it will be helpful to have a toilet paper holder somewhere. Location is suitable for our purpose to go to Aeon Tebrau City & enjoy dining nearby. We are glad that they have a guard to keep an eye on guests vehicles parked nearby.

Terrible experience
We booked the most expensive room that comes with the jacuzzi however it was faulty, there was no hot water. We informed the hotel staff, they were very slow in assisting us and I had to call them up thrice personally as they left us hanging with the excuse that they needed to discuss further first. Ultimately, they couldn't do anything for us as they claimed that there's only 1 room in the entire hotel that features a jacuzzi in the room, and the only thing they can do for us is to downgrade us to a cheaper room with no refund or compensation for the higher price we have paid, no late check out or anything to compensate us. Was a terrible experience.

Newly opened hotel with good facilities and very simple! The hotel was clean and we stayed in that hotel with a very new facility ao most of it is still brand new! Love how the switch for the lights is a touch screen and my fav part is the toilet. Very simple and modern! Near to aeon tebrau city and will definitely stay here again soon!

Good and comfortable hotel
The hotel lobby and rooms are nicely furnished. The room is modern, clean and comfortable. The hotel is near many local coffeeshops so it's never a problem finding nice breakfast around the hotel. The only drawback is that the hotel staff took slightly longer time to check us in. Other than that, this is a highly recommended hotel to stay in.
