Could be your last resort to stay.. =(

It's a last minute booking due to the crazy jam in causeway.. But the rooms were very old fashioned & Basic. The room seem to be vacant for long time. It's dusty. And my room mate got a bed bug bite afterwhich.. =(

Near to the Malls, durian stalls nearby.

Great stay. Near Malls and so within walking distance. Near to durian stalls. Durians and coconuts fresh good and value for money. Rooms are comfortable. No kettle in the room but there is water cooler at the corridor. No fridge in the room. Water sprayer in one of the toilet has no sprayer head so it is not useful and hotel just need to fix up a small inconvenience. We were given pre-printed Hotel wifi password with a dash between numbers which will render password invalid. I Guess that guests will have to call reception to find this out. This is the only small inconvenience in the midst of a great one night stay in 2 rooms for a family of four. Thanks!

Stay far far away!

Went there last night after making a booking online. Overall terrible experience, and I'm a very easy person to please. I need internet, I need a clean room, and I need to know all the charges upfront. This place failed on all three. Internet failed to work the whole time, staff just said it was normal and need to wait a few days until Monday. Room was dirty, the previous guests hair and skin all around the bed. When I left they said they have additional charges that they forgot to tell me about, I didn't even bother disputing anymore. I told them I was disappointed with everything, the staff have no reaction. Bad place, just stay away.

Small room but clean and comfortable..

Gotten free upgrage to king size bed which is great but the room, while clean and comfortable, is very relatively small. Nevertheless, it's great for travellers on the go whom just needed comfortable bed to rest for a night.

Hotel with no service standard

The room is filled with smoke smell which I had already requested not to have one (luckily the lady staff is good enough to lend us an air purifier). Our room card was not able to used once and we had to go to desk to 'activate' it. Apparently, cleaner didn't sweep floor or clean properly, there is toothpaste cap was on the floor. Most importantly, I showered halfway, and realised the cleaner did not refill the soap! We tried to call the desk staff, he was chatting with the security guard outside and we tried numerous times, he finally picks up but the hotel phone is spoilt(he cannot listen to what we say). The staff passed us the soap and said the wrong colour to use as soap and then after that say soap and shampoo is the same(Not sure if he don't admit his mistake or the soap and shampoo is the same, but if that's the case, why is there 2 slots to fill in the toilet for soap and shampoo)

Price is great for this location

Location is good, just min walk from Bukit Indah shopping centre. Staffs are friendly, Mineral and filtered water provided.

Friendly receptionist clean room

Dont expect much for a budget hotel. Friendly receptionist and converse well in English. Hotel room was clean and bedsheets smell nice. Basic necessities are there. A hotel for u to sleep and bath. It’s a last minute booking, thus left the last room for double single. Overall experience not too bad.

Great Location

I booked this hotel for a friend from Indonesia - a couple with a teenage daughter. They like the hotel very much. Hotel staff is friendly and help them to book transport to Lego Land and to Jetty for their ferry back to Indonesia. They find it convenient for shopping and for food. They love the hotel and said they will recommend it to their friends back home.

Convinient hotel with excellent service

The hotel have a very convinient location to find delicious food despite the hotel not providing breakfast. It is also very near giant, tesco and aeon shopping mall. The room cleaniness was better than expected however they only provide the very basic facilities. The staffs were all very friendly and polite. The only critic i have for this hotel is the lack of hooks/shelfs to hang clothes while showering, other than that, everything else is excellent for such a good price. 10/10 would stay here again👍

Be careful when using the IRON

I stayed in a queen-bed room with a family member. Overall it was good. The room facilities to us are adequate. The bathroom is spacious, and the water were not too hot nor too cold. The only complaints I had was the iron facility. I burned my clothes while using it, even when I had adjust it to the minimum heat. I just hope they can change it to steam iron. If they think it might be subjected to theft, you can chain it to the wall, similar to what I had seen while in college. Because it is the only clothes I brought to attend a wedding, it became quite a bad experience while staying there. Other than that, every else was ok and up to our expectation.

Cosy budget hotel

Upgraded to a double room with no extra charge. Room size is small but clean. Anyway ok for 1 nite stay. Room fragrance is nice. Air con is cold. Overall a pleasant stay. Front desk staff Vijaya is friendly and chatty. Will go back again. ☺
