"Wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two. Uncomfortable bed and not well cleaned bathrooms made me feel less than satisfied with my stay. Staff was still helpful though."

"The room was great and had two areas. The bedroom and the other room was furnished with a table, sofa, chair and TV. Very spacious. We did not have a view but did go to the beach which was just on the other side of the dunes. Only thing that was a negative was the workers with their big trucks making a lot of racket when they left in the morning."

"The moment we pulled up we were greeted with the the most friendly vallet attendant. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful as well as we were not sure where to park the car at first but one phone call to the front desk aa she noticed us parked and assured us we were in the right spot. "Convenient to highway, great options for eating nearby, ample parking, and close to shopping. Hotel had nice pool. Lobby was large with plenty of space for hanging our with a group. The outdoor space was exceptional with large firepit and lots of seating. Rooms were larger than expected (bigger than Springhill Suites). Hotel recently opened and it's super clean with nice finishes. I appreciated that rooms had extra pillows and blankets so we didn't even have to ask. "

"I have never stayed at a hotel that was so loud before. Doors slamming all night and people walking up and down the hall yelling. The walls were so thin we could hear the rooms on both sides of us anytime someone talked. We stayed on the club floor (upgrade since our room was sold out) and did not expect that kind of experience. While the property was clean and the staff were great, we couldn’t sleep and wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The rooms were terrible. 1st room on second floor had bed bugs! 2nd room on 1st had dirty sheets and poor water pressure, barely came out! 3rd room dirty shower and hole in wall. Connection room very loud, staff did nothing about it until 4am on second stay. Side door was not secured. Can get in without a key, door just opened. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WVR AGAIN !!!!!!!"
