Parking felt secure even though it was across the street. The staff was friendly. I loved the large soaking tub! We went into the casino for a drink but not to play. It would have been nice to have the restaurant or bar open outside of the casino in the hotel area.

Nice room, comfy king bed, very nice bathroom. Nice casino for something to do at night as we were traveling back home to Michigan from New Mexico on a Route 66 trip. The parking was convenient right across the street.

Parking was good and as a bonus free. Bed was a little uncomfortable due to sinking into it, maybe due to age versus softness.

Really wonderful stay. Staff were courteous and attentive without being obtrusive. I was in Chicago for a couple of concerts and although that drive was hell on wheels (Chicago and traffic are like PB & J), the stay was a welcome respite after a long drive into Illinois. Fantastic room, immaculately clean, spectacular bed and Jolliet itself is a cute little city. I'm not a gambler so did not partake in those festivities. I was there on a Wednesday and Thursday, the hotel was sold out on the weekend so your mileage may vary depending on whether you hate being around crowds or not. For me, I will definitely keep this stay in mind for future trips into the Chicago area.

Elevator was broken all three days we were there, so line could back up to get in. Food at the diner was ok but not great, with very little to eat out in the area, we ended up door dashing mostly. Steakhouse was really good, but very expensive $98 ribeye with no sides included expensive, but nice for a date night. Beds were not comfortable and pillows even worse, but will say room was clean.

Very pleased to find our room very spacious. I can't remember having a hotel room as large. Bed was mostly comfortable, but I like a firmer mattress than what they had. I still slept well. All personnel in the hotel and casino were very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted no matter where we went. The only downside of staying here is a lack of breakfast offerings. Not uncommon for a casino hotel, but we had to go elsewhere to eat. I definitely would return. I will mention that I don't like having to pay a resort fee. I don't consider WiFi or internet to be thought of as part of the resort fees. Simply said, I won't stay at a hotel if it isn't available. Unfortunately, this "resort fee" is becoming common in all hotels and I don't consider them to be a resort. If you can't justify a resort fee, forget it. Just because you can tack it on doesn't mean you qualify as a resort.
