"We booked a king suite room and it was very nice, spacious and beautiful. Parking was easy. Breakfast was warm and very good. The area is perfect, very close to Costco and Target. The only complaint we have is the bed is so high and being a short person, it really makes it difficult for me to go in and out the bed easily. Aside from that, everything is just wonderful. We will definitely stay here again."

"Staff is friendly and helpful. On second day, the toilet didn’t flush properly. Staff was very prompt to switch me to a different room. Breakfast is good and location is super and convenient to where I need to be. Room rate is one of the most reasonable rates in Round Rock area. Rate is one of the factors to select this hotel, especially for long term stay."

"The room was nice and spacious, but some of the shower fixtures were broken and the we were missing hair conditioner (run out). We notified the front desk but didn’t get a refill even though we stayed for 4 nights.
Housekeeping was also poor/inconsistent, the room was only checked once during the 4 night stay.
Perhaps this was a fluke or a temporary issue. However the other hotel amenities were nice - there was a nice gym and pool, and complementary breakfast was good."

"The property was nice and a close walk or drive to outings, however I was charged $30.02 for “mini bar usage”. My spouse and I only touched the fridge to place our leftovers in there. When I called and asked about these charges they stated we drank the water that was in the fridge. "Friendly staff and very clean. The only disappointing thing was when I went to take a shower, my boyfriend stepped off the bed into a large puddle of water. Apparently there was a leak somewhere inside the wall. Not sure what caused it. The manager came with a cart, and we moved to a smaller room. The bed wasn't that comfortable either."
