"I would have gladly given a five-star review, but unfortunately our experience fell short in a few areas. During our three-night stay, we did not receive any housekeeping service. At checkout, I mentioned this to the front desk attendant, who informed me that room cleaning is only provided upon request and apologized that this was not communicated to us at check-in.
Additionally, the breakfast area could be better maintained. Tables and chairs should be cleaned more regularly to ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Overall, with better communication and attention to cleanliness in common areas, the stay could have been excellent."
