"Everything was fine, clean, etc., except that there were a LOT of carpenter ants in the room. I talked with the property manager, while I was there. I hope they do something about that. Otherwise, our stay was nice."

"The room was clean and on the small side. It is situated across the street from Saranac Lake. We liked the fact that they had areas to sit outside the rooms and also a couple gazebos . It was quiet and a great place to relax after an active day."

Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and professional with the guests. In-house restaurant menu for breakfast and dinner was good and the Chef was able to prepare dishes to suit our dietary requirements. However, more vegetarian options will be preferred.
