"Very fine hotel with beautiful views and close to everything. The food at the breakfast spot was mediocre and very expensive especially for the quake; better breakfasts and better prices are within walking distance. I was surprised that there were no porters... We had to sleep out bags from the car to the 5 the floor."

"Nous avons eu droit à un surclassement dans la nouvelle section de l’hôtel. La chambre était bien aménagée et assez spacieuse. La lumière naturelle abondante vu la porte patio arrière qui donne sur la rivière. Il y avait quelques cheveux dans la douche, mais sinon la propreté de la chambre était bien. Les lits sont confortables. Nous nous sommes bien amusés au mini golf et avons mangé quelques plats rapides au restaurant du bowling. La nourriture était bonne. Le matin nous en avons profité pour manger quelques petites bouchées offertes par l’hôtel près du bureau à l’entrée. Les enfants ont apprécié faire leur choix. La piscine bénéficierait d’un bon nettoyage des rebords, des murs et du fond. Le chlore dans l’eau était quand même bien géré. Le personnel à l’entrée a été très serviable et poli."

"Location near UVM is excellent. Staff was very good. Hot coffee all day and pastries included for breakfast. Rooms were clean and spacious, but could use a little maintenance. Would definitely stay at the hotel again,"

"Great location, beautiful surroundings, in a renovated motel. The staff were fantastic. I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't overpriced. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for a summer trip (a winter ski trip would be more difficult as there were no hooks or space for coats and skis). The beds were comfortable. As other reviews note, the AC is indeed blocked by a wall which is the silliest design choice I've ever seen. The bathroom clearly used to be a suite but they took down the door so there isn't privacy or anywhere to change except in the tiny room with the shower and toilet. That said, for two adults who spent most time outside of the room, it was perfectly comfortable. I'd absolutely stay again... if it cost less than other nicer hotels in the area."
