My only complaint is that despite the hotel’s air-conditioning working very well and keeping the hotel very cool, my room (430) had a strong, musty smell, as did the lobby of that floor and the hallway, so likely other rooms also suffer from this issue too. "Extremely confusing to check in. This is a short term rental, so it does not have any reception area. No filtered water was provided and there was nowhere in walking distance to buy any water. No soaps in the condo. There was zero communication from the owner. If the cleaning lady didn’t help us out, not sure we would’ve found the place. There was zero communication from the owner "

There was no stress booking activities. You can do as much or as little as you want. Snorkeling even right off the resort is world class. Swimming with a baby dolphin unforgettable.
