However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect. "Lovely location. Close to Sundowners Bar where they offer great yoga classes. Great sunset views. Excellent service in the restaurant. My only complaint is the smell of mildew, but even the Kimpton smells like mildew!"

"Cafe and Breakfast were really great. Cafe is really cool, surrounded by trees with a view of the water. Cafe Girls were super nice and friendly. Room was nice, not luxurious, but large with good beds. Hotel is at about 100 yards from the commerce and was quiet. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Great deal for the price and location, two-minute walk and you get to West Bay Beach. The Hotel is in front of West Bay Road (easy to access and recognize). Nearby to different restaurants, shops, stores, plazas, etc. Room was clean and plenty of space. Staff was friendly and courteous all the time. Great place to stay if you're looking for a price - location deal. Breakfast was simple but ok. The hotel rooms are a little outdated it would be nice to make some improvements, have bottled...
