The first room we were given had dirty sheets. There was hair from the previous occupants in the bed and pillow. Room not clean at all. The second room was better but still not clean. Very disappointed. Staff tried to accommodate the best they could.

This place is disgusting. From day one, things were off. Dirty carpets, dusty ledges, and a weird smell in the room. I let the front desk know about the smaller issues and they seemed to have cleared the smell and nothing else. On the third day, I was greeted by a COCKROACH in the room. I quickly shook out all my belongings, packed them up, and got them in the car and told the clerk that I was checking out immediately. He said that he was unable to do that and the GM would need to take care of it. I left my details on 1/14 and have heard nothing back. DO NOT STAY HERE! You are better off sleeping in your car!

on Google I never really have a lot of good things to say about hotels, But this hotel truly won me over. The checking in process was extremely fast, The customer service was true southern hospitality. It’s very quiet here no loud noises, Management is quick to respond to any and everything. Toby the GM was amazing and had a very unique southern hospitality charm, Hailey the front desk clerk was sweet amazing funny & very professional & had a cute southern charm about her the GM’s son was amazing as well and very professional. Rooms were super clean, Bathrooms were exceptionally above and beyond clean, My car was safe in the parking lot, There breakfast in the morning had plenty of options to choose from, The indoor pool was amazing. I can not wait to return in September I have already booked my room with the same hotel. I had a king suite and let me say OMG amazing comfortable roomy & that jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. I had absolutely zero issues here and I can honestly say I am very extremely impressed and I say keep up the amazing work ya’ll truly are amazing & Made our stay an absolutely amazing trip and can’t wait to some back in September. Ya’ll are the very first hotel I have ever given 5 starts to.

We've been staying at this hotel on and off for more than the past 10 years. Since our last visit in 2021, it looks like the parent company has completely forgotten about this hotel. The facility is woefully understaffed, and the rooms are long overdue for freshening. The complimentary breakfast was inedible. There's existing tarped roof damage from a summer storm that faces the street. This unsightliness further lends to the tired appearance of the facility. We have always really enjoyed staying at this hotel as it is at a very convenient halfway point to our destination and we really like the hotel staff. We sincerely hope the owners will take critiques like this to heart and save the hotel while it is still worth saving.

The manager met us at the door telling us our boxer was not welcome because their insurance changed the policy on large dogs 2 years ago. We have stayed at that hotel at least a dozen times, with the same dog, in the last 2 years. They put us in a room where nothing was plugged in and there were zero amenities! The floor was dorty, the stand holding the fridge was rotted amd had mold and there were raman noodled on the floor behind the fridge. The mattresses had holes and wires poking through. The workout room was storage for garbage, multiple doors were inaccessible from the outside. Smelled of pot in the hallway and the list goes on.

This was our 5th or 6th stay at this hotel. Unfortunately age has not treated it well and she’s definitely due for a major facelift. Staff is and always has been great, but they can’t make up for the physical shortcomings of the facility.

Room was very stinky, mold in refrigerator, crumbs and hair in one bed, other bed had hair also. Bugs in the dresser drawer. No mattress covers on either bed just a sheet over the mattress. No cover and probably manny other things. Moved us to another room , but was hard to sleep after seeing everything in the first room

Noticed there were several charges to my credit card ,tried resolving this issue during my stay but staff said the Manager would have to look into it. They took my information and i was told manager would contact me but this never happened. I was charged twice for my stay and hsd to gile a Dispute with credit card provider to try and get refund. Still unsure why there were 6 different transactions on my card from the motel.
