Totalmente decepcionante!!

Totalmente decepcionante!! Reservamos, pagamos, recebemos e-mails de confirmação e, quando chegamos na propriedade, fora do nosso país, o caseiro da propriedade disse que não sabia nada sobre nossa reserva. Ligamos para a proprietária do La Picarona, que também disse não saber de nada e que nunca havia colocado a propriedade no hoteis.com. Ficamos sem lugar para ficar e não recebemos nenhuma assistência!!!
