"Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were excellent. Breakfast was ordinary. Pool clean - service very good. Room very noisy - day and night because of the outside traffic. The street rooms should be definitely avoided. When arrived book and demand the room with pool view or at least mountain view. The existence of the street rooms weren't mentioned in Expedia hotel advert."

"Room was clean, little dated and needs upgrading since we are in 2026. The reception floor was nice with beautiful and amazing artisan Moroccan design and furniture. Love it! Breakfast was amazing featuring a variety of food including a traditinal soup, tea and mssamen + harsha made on site 10/10. Staff are amazing. Blue (big) taxis go by the hotel which u can take for around $0.50 to downtown or opposite direction to martil (famous tetouan beach). For same price u can take yellow (small)...

Une seule chose regrettable : les serviettes de toilette sont très très usagées. C'est dommage, cela gâche la qualité de la prestation."

Got lots of rest, the staff were great, dinner was delicious, and even though we were leaving very early in the morning, quite some time before breakfast would be open, they set up a table with lots of food so we wouldn't leave on an empty stomach. "Zoco Riad was a wonderful experience! We requested and they arranged for airport pick up, and drop off which was nice to not have to worry about. It was worth paying extra. The staff hospitality is absolutely fantastic. They are always checking if you need anything. They feed you upon arrival. Breakfast was great and free Friday night dinner! They also help you to arrange tours. The building is so well decorated and very authentically Moroccan. The price is reasonable. We would stay again!"

"One of the best stay experiences I've had. The staff were extremely helpful and approachable. Any queries were answered to their best effort and they made us feel very welcome. All of the staff were great, special mention to Tarik at the front desk and Karim in the dining area who added to the great service. The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff were thorough and excellent with their work. We had a great time in Tangier and a bit reason for that is Mamora Bay hotel. Would definitely stay...
