Cari Istana di Jounieh

"We stayed at the Madison Hotel for over 3 weeks we found the staff to be excellent and so caring and accommodating. The air conditioning was great during our stay so important as the weather was very hot during in July and August. Hotel was close to so many resturants, grocery stores, coffee shops and beaches. Diffently will come back and stay again."

"Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Lebanon in a long time! I honestly refuse to stay anywhere else whenever I’m in the area. From the incredible staff to the comfort of the beds, everything was a 10/10. What truly sets this place apart is the genuine Lebanese hospitality. They don’t just treat you like a guest; they make you feel like family. Highly recommend!"

"The value for the stay was good. The pool was closed which was disappointing. I left 2 shirts and the cleaning staff ran after me to give to me which was so kind."

"Highly recommended. The staff is so helpful and friendly room are spacious and clean. Location is good near plenty of restaurants and 20mn walk from jounieh beach front. We will be back.. lastly pool and gym were great !"

"Everything starting with the front desk to the waitress security maintenance and pool guy."

"Clean hotel and very friendly staff"

"Clean and good quality "

"Great location with amenities nearby. Parking was easy, and unit was clean and comfortable"

"Over all was good!"

"Although the staff were friendly, but something weird in the hotel always goes wrong. Let me first start with the stars rating of the hotel. I have no idea on what basis this hotel was classified as a five-star establishment; at best, it barely deserves two or three stars. To begin with, the entrance greets visitors with two deep potholes right in the middle of the narrow, difficult-to-navigate access road. Furthermore, the parking area is completely inadequate for the volume of vehicles—it is...

"The best choice"

"I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent. The beautiful sea view made the experience even more special."
