O hotel é bem simples e diverge do valor cobrado, os quartos não são limpos com frequência porém não é culpa das camareiras e sim da administração do hotel que não dispõe de enxoval limpo para fazer as substituição, o café da manhã é repleto de itens reaproveitados de um dia pro outro e sem muita variedade, o atendimento na recepção deixa muito a desejar, com exceção das camareiras e das moças da cozinha, todo o resto do atendimento é de péssima qualidade, recepcionistas arrogantes e mal educados.

Um lugar bom, porém o ambiente e os serviços oferecidos eram de uma pousada e não de um hotel. Precisa também melhor alguns pontos, como o atendimento das pessoas do café da manhã e na frente do estabelecimento tem um bar bem famoso na região que a cantoria vai até tarde da madrugada e som fica bem alto dentro dos quartos.

Quarto confortável com duas camas de solteiro e uma de casal, em frente tem um bar que faz barulho a noite, mas não atrapalha para dormir, fiquei no 204. Café da manhã razoável. Ficamos por 4 dias, no 3 dia deixamos a chave na recepção para limpeza do quarto, mas apenas o lixo foi retirado. O quarto não foi varrido e as roupas de cama e banho não foram trocadas. como chegamos cansados pedimos para pelo menos trocar as toalhas de banho. tem estacionamento, isso é excelente para quem vai de carro com a família. Bem localizado , gostei muito.

Fiquei no 102. Quarto precisa de manutenção (portas, paredes sujas), só tem tomada em 1 lado da cama. Tem um bar na frente do hotel, ouvimos toda música, mas não chegou a atrapalhar ao ponto de dizer que não conseguimos dormir. Fiquei ao lado de uma porta com nome COPA, não sei se estou certa, mas ficou uma conversa alta logo cedo da manhã, que me deixou na dúvida se era hóspede do 103 ou se era funcionárias. Café da manhã com pouca opção, mas ok. Área de lazer bem bonita com piscina.

Solicitei um quarto com cama de casal e juntaram duas camas de solteiro, uma delas já estava bastante desgastada( funda), blindex com vazamento. Fora isso, tudo ok. Localizado em frente a restaurantes com músicas, incomoda bastante na hora de dormir.

Não recomendo.

A limpeza da parte externa, assim como dos quartos deixa muito a desejar. Além disso, o lençol é fino e tem muito mosquito. Não se consegue falar com a recepção pelo telefone. Orientações incompletas no check in.
