Perfect setting and a great pousada. A lot of attention to details. We were treated like king and queen with an impressive breakfast served on our table. (Helped by the fact we were the only couple there). Great for a relaxing and quiet stay Is only 1 km from the National park

Excelente hotel; café da manhã maravilhoso, todos os dias havia coisa diferente; muito perto da vila. Fiquei no chalé 15, só tem espelho no banheiro, o que é ruim. Outro ponto negativo é que tem uma caminhada na trilha até chegar no chalé. Não é longa, mas dependendo do tipo de bagagem, pode ser um pouco difícil. Mas voltarei com certeza.

Pontos positivos: O atendimento foi impecável. Fomos recebidos pela Débora, que é extremamente gentil, simpático e solícita. Também tivemos contato com o funcionário Gustavo, que também foi bastante cordial e prestativo. A infraestrutura da área em comum do hotel é muito bonita e completa, a mata, as piscinas (aquecida e comum), sauna, ofurô.. a decoração do restaurante. Muito aconchegante. Outro ponto muito positivo foi o café da manhã. Tudo delicioso e artesanal, bem completo a parte de pães, doces, bolos, omelete, frutas etc. Pontos negativos: o Lugar é muito bonito e fica dentro de uma reserva, mas pasmem, a suíte que contratamos não tinha nenhuma vista. Pior, nenhuma janela para a mata. Pegamos uma suíte que tinha opção de hidromassagem, pensamos que poderíamos contemplar uma paisagem durante, mas nós frustramos em relação a isso. Vale muito a pena investir em vista, nem que seja um teto de vidro acima da banheira, ou janelões. O ponto mais delicado e negativo da viagem, foi a cobrança inesperado da estadia do meu cachorro. Tal informação NÃO constava em lugar algum na descrição do hotels.com, e chegando lá, fomos informados que ele pagaria uma diária de R$90. Ficamos três diárias, somando R$270 pela estadia de meu cachorro de pequeno porte. Na descrição do hotel, dizia apenas que aceitava animais. Questionamos, e atendente mesmo confirmou que não houve a comunicação e que não constava no site . Mas ainda assim efetuaram a cobrança, que além de ilegal foi imoral.

Lugar especial, com excelente atendimento.

Integrada à Natureza. Sob nova direção, Funcionários simplesmente incríveis! Solícitos, gentis e prontos para atender nossas demandas. Deram dicas de ouro sobre os passeios. Os quartos são rústicos, mas confortáveis e limpos. Os chalés são distribuídos em uma grande área preservada da serra. Excelente oportunidade para caminhar, coisa que tem sido difícil nas grandes cidades. Caminhar sem pressa até o restaurante, curtindo o som dos pássaros e ar puro! O café da manhã mineiro. Delicioso. Com certeza recomendo a todos que precisam desconectar da correria (embora tenha bom wifi no restaurante que vai manter nossa conexão com o mundo). Voltaremos lá.

Pontos positivos, a cordialidade dos funcionários, a limpeza, a opção e qualidade no café da manhã e a sauna e piscina aquecida ótimas. Ponto de melhorias: falta Wi-Fi nos chalés, sinalização da pista para pousada precária, acesso até chegar a pousada remoto, os quartos não tem comunicação com a recepção, os chalés a lareira fica longe do quarto e o ventilador de teto só enfeite pois muito barulhento.

Primeiramente o local é muito bonito, como uma fazendinha, porém é bom saber que todos os chalés ficam distantes da recepção, piscina, restaurante. Longe e com subida íngreme que fizemos sempre de carro. Não havia internet nos quartos e chalés, e a do restaurante deixa a desejar. Café da manhã muito bom, mas quando pede ovos é bem demorado... Na chegada o vaso sanitário estava entupido, mas logo foi solucionado. Pedi petiscos na piscina que estavam muito bons, não usei o restaurante para uma refeição. Sauna à vapor maravilhosa e piscina levemente aquecida, dá pra relaxar! Funcionários muito atenciosos e educados! Na hora de pagar a conta o repcionista nos apresentou 10% de taxa sobre todo o serviço e hospedagem ( coisa que nunca aconteceu em todo o mundo por onde viajamos, ainda mais pelo Hoteis.com), mas devido ao nosso desconforto, explicou que não era uma taxa obrigatória e retirou. Acho que precisam melhorar ainda, dando mais comodidades...o cafezinho nespresso do quarto por exemplo, deveria ser uma cortesia, mas não é.

Decepcionante

A estrada de acesso ao hotel é horrível. O hotel fica dentro de uma propriedade particular, ao que parece, um sítio, e as vacas as vezes estão soltas no caminho, que é de terra e cheio de buracos. A piscina não estava limpa. A piscina aquecida estava suja e a água estava fria. O acesso aos chalés/suítes é feito por uma estrada íngreme, com pedras e buracos. O restaurante é muito bom, a comida é de excelente qualidade. Quando chegamos, recebemos a informacao que as cápsulas de café que estavam no quarto eram cortesia, porém, elas nos foram cobradas no checkout. No geral, o hotel não atendeu as nossas expectativas.

Ficamos na suíte master 24, viajamos durante o período do festival de jazz que acontece no próprio hotel, por isso o restaurante funcionou com cardápio restrito e somente até 16h, o que nos obrigou a sair para jantar. A suíte não tem privacidade alguma, pois o chalé que fica em frente tem vista total do interior do quarto se a janela estiver aberta. E manter a janela fechada é impossível, seria melhor ficar em casa. O café da manhã é bem limitado, inclusive pedimos um ovo mexido e não fomos atendidos. Quando falei com a atendente ela nem ao menos me pediu desculpas!! Acho que não voltarei mais neste hotel!! Ah! E quanto ao festival, não fomos informados que estaria acontecendo tal evento no local!!
