"I originally booked this place since it’s close to the airport for the last part of our stay. It’s very loud with the entertainment at night. The towels smell like mildew. The service is nothing like Ubud village. The positive about this place is all the restaurants on the Main Street and massage places. They are so much inexpensive compared to the hotels. They do have an amazing gym. "

"The property is beautiful and the staff amazing. The pool villas are well appointed, and the pools are well taken care of. Be prepared for a bit of a hike to get to them, but they are worth the walk. The restaurant has a nice variety of Malaysian and Western food and the quality is excellent. Staff went out of their way to accomodate all our requests and were very helpful. The shuttle into Ubud Centre runs regularly. I would recommend to anyone who wants a first class resort experience!"

"A true luxurious way to experience beautiful ubud scenery.... it is trully an out of this world kind of resort. The resort caters family and couple guests. They have an outstanding thoughtful eco friendly Mandapa Camp which is a kids club. "Paradise retreat after busier areas of Bali. It feels like a grand hotel of old with Incredible views, amazing staff - in particular ‘Goose’ provided our table with an absolutely 5 star dinner service. Good selection of food and wine. Spa service was terrific. A real highlight for us was doing the bicycle tour organized by the hotel with the wonderful Resa through the historical town and nearby rice fields. Such an authentic adventure. A very special place! Amazing value."

"A very quiet and serene atmosphere. Breakfast options were amazing. We were very shocked, as a small Group of friends, that there was no door or privacy between the bathroom and bedroom. "Great staff and service. But no gym and can’t bring trainer or will charge extra even the gym has nothing. Nothing around the resort and you need taxi if u wanna go anywhere. The free shuttle bus service only works every 2 hours and might not suit ur schedule. "

"Well beyond expectation. Looking at the pictures before our stay, we thought it was going to be a so-so experience because the hotel doesnt look as big as others around the area. However, our experience was wonderful! Service was flawless, quick, and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, and it truly felt like a 5 star experience. Personnel très agréable et serviable.Les chambres budget sont corrects par contre, le wifi saute sans arrêt, j'avais deux demi journées en conference call.... impossible alors que j'avais bien précisé lors de ma réservation que j'en avais un besoin impératif.
