"Had to change room after 1st night owing to the clogged sink and toilet. Maintenance didn't show up the next day. But the front desk staff was super awesome and helped us by moving to a different room. The area is nice. Parking for regular guests is limited closer to the entrance. But that is not super critical. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent."

"Positives: New England charm, (buildings and location) welcoming and accommodating staff, spacious room with comfy beds, sumptuous breakfasts included, many places to relax in common areas inside and out, bar and dinner on-site. Negatives: several electrical outlets were worn out and didn’t hold plugs in room 19, couldn’t darken the room without impeding airflow from the window ac unit, stair-only access to second floor plus 2 hallway doors to open before getting to room. This was awkward with luggage when checking in/out, but I’m guessing this is for fire code reasons. (see “New England charm”above)"

"Interesting check in. My name was on a bulletin board with directions to the room and a key in the door. No TV in the room, but that was actually kind of nice good breakfast, and the breakfast staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean and large. Check out was lock the door and leave the key in the lock."
