"El Cajon was a good location to travel throughout San Diego County. The hotel staff were very pleasant. The hotel stay was within my traveling budget. I had to leave two days early and spoke to the hotel manager and was told getting a refund would be a no issue. I should expect one. What troubled me, unnecessarily, was that Expedia sent me a message stating as a business they were sorry I was declined a refund; which was completely erroneous and misleading and aggravating. So, I don't plan on using Expedia again. I only wish to deal with an honest business not one who misleads."
