"Stayed here for the Missoula Half Marathon. Solid basic hotel. Staff and service was better than any luxury hotel though! They made sure there was a shuttle to pick me up past midnight from the airport and brought my grocery delivery up to my room. Close proximity to coffee shop, grocery store, and some quick service restaurants. I’d stay here again."

"It is a very nice looking hotel and very clean, but if you get placed in a room on the alleyway plan on being woken up extremely early by businesses, trash trucks and every other sort of noise that can go through there. It was our honeymoon and they refused to move us rooms either. Our AC went out twice. It was very disappointing given how highly rated the hotel was."

"There was no hot water at all and the front desk staff were not only dismissive, but provided no resolution to our issues - no refund, points or credits. Additionally, they oversold and had to bump us to a different room, will never stay there again."

"Wonderful location by the water. Loved our patio overlooking Clark's Fork river! Comfortable beds and linens. Wonderful spot for a restaurant. Enjoyed breakfast and happy it was open so late in the evening! Still too pricey for the average tourist. Pool area was wonderful, but wished that it opened earlier than 10am."

"The location is central, which was perfect for our trip! My only complaint is that I believe I was supposed to have a different room with a balcony and was downgraded. That was a bummer to have to pay more for that room and not end up getting it."

"She couldn't get my key to work. Gave me the key to the wrong room. No coffee! The curtains were smaller than the window, so people could see in all night. The Air/Heat was in the bathroom area and couldn't regulate our heat. Run down and disappointing. Right next to train tracks!!!"

"DO NOT STAY ! Place is just nasty . They stuffed towells in the ac unit to cover the gap type ghetto hotel . Pubic hairs in the shower , everything in the room is 20 plus years old . Added bonus I didn’t know until i had checked in = it’s 1 block from the homeless shelter w vagabonds all around ( I saw 3 in the parking lot in the morning ) . Again DO NOT STAY here it is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in the last 10 years , just disgusting !"

"Great place to stay for three nights for the Zootown festival and within walking distance to the fairgrounds. The breakfast vouchers for The Breakfast Club were great too!"

"Since we stayed 8 days the breakfast was basically the same every morning. They only came in a couple times, did not put towels in, bed not fixed, no paper towels otherwise enjoyed the stay. Just felt there should have been a little more service for the price."
