"1) Was told we could have the room serviced for each of the days we were there. They did not do the service and when we asked a second time they said no. 2) no complimentary water, and the breakfast quality lacking. My wife got upset stomach from the breakfast. 3). One of the bathroom doors did not close properly leading to the occupant of the bathroom lacking privacy."

"Clean and quiet room right in the downtown area. We enjoyed the fire outside with comfy seating. The breakfast was delicious with so many options that satisfied all of our picky eaters. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"They say breakfast included and buffet in all photos but when you get there it’s 15 dollar credit on a menu that only has two times on it under that. Not kid friendly food. Drinks are not included except coffee. All you get is well they changed it ten months ago and we don’t know why they will not change the website and update it. "Staff communication was not great. Told breakfast was at 6 but then it actually was at 7. We had an early game so we were scrambling to figure where to eat. Had the staff even mentioned places that were open, that would have made all the difference in our stay. No conditioner in the shower. That should be checked after each guest. The beds were comfy though "

"The office area smelled strongly of weed. There were a few homeless people in the parking lot. I Let them know the toilet had a running water issue after we left. They basically said that they have several toilets that are that way and that I should’ve let them know during my stay so they could’ve moved us to a different room. Well, duh. Fix it for your next guests then. They didn’t really seem to care. That sure is a big waste of water to not be taken care of."

"Pretty dirty and not the nicest area, get what you pay for. They do have a nice grassy area for dogs, next to a trail for running. Might have gotten a dirtier room since we had a pet. "

"Very accommodating staff! Needed a ground floor room near exit door to bring in large luggage and they fulfilled request with no problem. Clean room. Appreciated shampoo/conditioner/lotion dispensers instead of wasteful small containers. Good breakfast including egg/sausage patties with biscuits, and, of course, waffles. Will definitely stay again next year. "

"Room was clean, but when i checked oit thos morning at 4am no one was at the desk so i jad to write a note that i was checking out and leave my room keys by the computer But... when i fly in early they had a room ready for me and i was the customer of the day. That was really awesome and appreciated. "

"The room was incredible. We loved the design of the room, and it came equipped with many amenities. The bathtub with the jets was our favorite and spacious. We appreciated the ability to make coffee with a machine. The staff was very kind and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious, and went beyond our expectations. The quality and selection was unique and amazing. We couldn’t believe it was included; and it’s brought to the room! We plan to return in future trips."
