"Staff were very welcoming and communicated effectively. Room was super clean cozy and lovely. My only issue is that during check in i was told i can order breakfast for a certain price but the following day when i wanted to order, they told me they were not doing breakfast because nobody else asked for breakfast, i didn't understand that since i was paying for it but either way i was able to get breakfast at the warung next door which had amazing food."

"Check in was fine. Room was not that clean and had many things broken. For the price of this place I was very shocked. We rented scooters from their security staff per their recommendation. The first scooters they gave us were in horrible condition. We asked for better ones. They gave us worse ones. We ended up breaking down and it took us 3 hours to get back. They still wanted to charge us full price for these rentals. Staff is nice, food was good and views amazing. "

"We so enjoyed our stay at Chillhouse. The rooms are lovely and taken care of. The pool is refreshing and clean. It is so useful to have the little shop at the front to buy any necessities. It is only about five minutes to walk to beach. It is a very busy road to walk on. Most importantly the family that own Chillhouse are so wonderful, accommodating, and friendly. "We stayed at NYUH Gading Hill for 2 nights and wish our stay was longer. Our room was clean, had the required essentials, shower worked well (good water pressure and temperature). We did note some ants in the bathroom on the last day, but this was quite common amongst several places we stayed in Bali so didn't think too much of it. "Incredible villa and beyond perfect for my family. The staff is helpful and extremely kind. Rosa the manager coordinated activities and rentals and gave us the best of the best! She helped with our snorkeling trip and the rental of a buggy and scooter. Breakfast is ordered a day before if you are wanting it. "The host was exceptional. He was so helpful in organising transport from the mainland to the island and also to the accommodation. When travelling in two groups, he ensured that everyone made the last boat across. He also helped organise snorkelling so easily. I was able to check in early without any hesitation.
