"The room itself was in good condition, and we stayed for two nights. However, after the first night, the staff did not clean the room, make the bed, replace the towels, or restock the water and coffee. We returned late in the evening and had to go down to the reception at 9 p.m. to report all of this."

"The suite we were offered was very well appointed and comfortable. It contained all the facilities and amenities we required. The property had a nice view over the ski slopes and ski in ski out convenience. The communal spa was a welcome bonus. We highly recommend this property."

The property manager “Shelby” lied about fixing issues throughout the stay. He finally agreed to refund a portion of the total stay however that came with terms. I could not write an honest review. "Great property and staff is very communicative! Easy to check-in/check-out. We were late to check in and had an issue with the lock accessing our keys. We could reach out to them easily, and staff was there to help in 5-7mins. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a group stay. "
