"Clean rooms and bathroom. Good food. Bathroom seems upgraded. Good place for a stop over before going on a cruise. 15min from LGA. 45min to the cruise terminal on a Saturday morning. They don't have any airport shuttle anymore. Floors in room were a bit sticky. We asked for 4 xtra blankets for the 8 of us but they only had 2. "They said for parking they follow first come first served policy but they let other person park their car who came after me only because they were standing in front of the parking gate. Than again I saw in the CCTV they had one parking spot but they refused to give us that parking. We tried 4 hours to look for parking around the hotel and found one at last. It was really horrible experience."

"Parking was overfilled. Room access cards didn't work. Room floor was filthy. TWICE in four days our room was not serviced. The shower needed 2-4 MINUTES of running before it got hot. Towels and sheets were threadbare. NOT RECOMMENDED."

"Beautiful hotel with wonderful, attentive staff. The rooms were extremely comfortable with luxury bedding. My only concern was the breakfast offered. Premade sealed breakfast sandwiches you heat in the microwave and bagels that seemed like they were from a grocery store when the hotel could (should)source delicious pastries and bagels from the many fine local bakeries and bagel shops in their neighborhood, keeping with their upscale vibe. Rest your head, skip the “breakfast”"

"Originally I ignored the comments from the reviews. This hotel is not a good stay. Other guest smoke in the hotel. The building is rundown. They only give you one towel for your stay. They do not do a good job with replacing sheets. They will keep old bedding from other guest in the bed.Broken refrigerator. DO NOT STAY HERE"
