"Staff is always nice. Elevators are slow and one was down. Ice machines did not work, tried 4 floors before going to front desk. Furniture in lobby stained and dirty. Towels are old and torn. They were so worn they needed to be labeled rag. The location is superb"

"The rooms were kept clean but most importantly the bathrooms were regularly cleaned. Had no issues with the shared bathroom situation. Room was excellent, beds comfortable. Window that opened and let in fresh air was a big plus. Rooftop is a great feature as is the cafe in the early mornings. I will definitely stay here again just because of the location, price, and ease of the entire booking."
