The water pressure in the shower was very poor, which made it difficult to enjoy or properly rinse off. In addition, the bed was extremely soft and lacked proper support, and the pillows were also too soft, which affected our sleep quality. "Shower door wouldn't stay closed during the shower and the TV kept jumping back to the Marriot Bonvoy ad page. Both problems were fixed. The water jets in the hot tub were NOT forceful. Kind of the point of a hot tub, right? And why charge for self parking? On the plus side, the staff was excellent and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was great. The AC worked very well. I'd go back."

"I’ve stayed at many Best Western properties. This was probably the worst was old dingy dirty looking nothing worked well and we asked to come in a few minutes early. We were told it was an additional charge. I will never stay on this property again and we have stayed there in the past."
