"There was a wedding that stayed in the lobby until 2:15 am. Loud and obnoxious. Staff wouldn’t do anything to help. Construction is going on right outside lower bedroom windows and started at 7. No sleep to say the least. At least I was given the money back for the other nights I had reserved. Just wasn’t a very good place to stay."

"The location was perfect and the bedding was clean and good quality. We ate dinner in the breakfast/lobby area one night and it was clean. Staff were ok. Not overly helpful or friendly but never rude or unfriendly. Just ok. The only "problem" was the bathroom in our room. We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms had a horrible smell coming from the plumbing. It was like sulphur/rotten eggs/standing water. Not pleasant at all."

"Very delayed post from our stay in March, since this popped up while booking another trip..and I have the time to review, I feel it's time to leave a review.. After over ten yrs of family reunions and with an average of 5-8 rooms booked for a weekend or longer, none of us will be returning. From mold in rooms, to no AC in the breakfast area, clogged tubs where you cannot shower, the list goes on. These issues have only gotten worse over the past few years and frankly, I'm not sure how they are...

"Shower door wouldn't stay closed during the shower and the TV kept jumping back to the Marriot Bonvoy ad page. Both problems were fixed. The water jets in the hot tub were NOT forceful. Kind of the point of a hot tub, right? And why charge for self parking? On the plus side, the staff was excellent and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was great. The AC worked very well. I'd go back."

"It was terrible, some of the towels were so old, I could see through then, the shower door was hard to work and just leaked all over the Floor in the bathroom. There was a strong chemical smell all through the night of the first night. The lighting in the room was useless, it was very dark. I would never stay there again. "The property is very clean with the staff coming around constantly making sure things are in order. They were also very helpful and friendly. The pool was very clean as well to the point my kids did not want to leave it. The view is also amazing, seeing the bay in the morning or walking out on the dock was a great way to start your mornings. Will definitely be staying again on our next visit."
