"The location was perfect and the bedding was clean and good quality. We ate dinner in the breakfast/lobby area one night and it was clean. Staff were ok. Not overly helpful or friendly but never rude or unfriendly. Just ok. The only "problem" was the bathroom in our room. We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms had a horrible smell coming from the plumbing. It was like sulphur/rotten eggs/standing water. Not pleasant at all."

After over ten yrs of family reunions and with an average of 5-8 rooms booked for a weekend or longer, none of us will be returning. "The location was perfect for what we needed. I liked that it was a smaller hotel with personal service. We were able to walk to the restaurant or take a shuttle ride if necessary. The view was spectacular from the hotel and restaurant. The hotel was exactly as advertised. We would definitly stay there again."

"Shower door wouldn't stay closed during the shower and the TV kept jumping back to the Marriot Bonvoy ad page. Both problems were fixed. The water jets in the hot tub were NOT forceful. Kind of the point of a hot tub, right? And why charge for self parking? On the plus side, the staff was excellent and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was great. The AC worked very well. I'd go back."

"I only picked this hotel because it did say it came with a free breakfast when it came time for breakfast. All I found was packets of hot chocolate and coffee and then ask the front office staff and they explained to me they were low on provisions and there was no manager to speak to due to the fact it was the weekend and they gave me a card and said I could try talking to someone on Monday. This does not seem acceptable when they advertise that they have free Breakfast."

"There was a wedding that stayed in the lobby until 2:15 am. Loud and obnoxious. Staff wouldn’t do anything to help. Construction is going on right outside lower bedroom windows and started at 7. No sleep to say the least. At least I was given the money back for the other nights I had reserved. Just wasn’t a very good place to stay."
