Free shuttle which went to Roger Dean Stadium was a plus EXCEPT for the night when, after being promised by front desk staff that there would be a shuttle even though it was a night game, we called the hotel only to find that the driver had gone home and we were on our own. NOT COOL!"

The metalwork on the lights and furniture is rusty, the drawers were dirty inside so I ended up having to put everything in plastic bags to use them. There was a thick coating of dust on the surfaces and some of the surfaces were sticky. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the bath safety mat made me squeamish. The floors were dirty but the carpet surrounding the bed was worse and likely hasn't been cleaned in a very long time; my feet...

"Futon is very uncomfortable, no sheets provided. Did have pillow and quilt. Tore my shorts on a wire coming through the cushion of futon. Bathroom desperately needs a remodel. Cleaned but mold in caulk in tub. Floor in bath missing tiles, a little mold. Sink was remolded but glass is chipped. Curtain rods missing ends and coming out of wall. Kitchen was updated and okay. "The staff were so friendly! The check in was easy and the property was in a good location. I booked this based off of reviews that the rooms were clean and unfortunately we didn't get a clean one. I was tired after driving all day so we just dealt with it but wish my experience matched the other recent reviews. For $200, would have liked towels without hair and a clean shower. There was also random furniture in walkways. "
