"Disappointed for the price we paid. Old towels and bathroom. Crunchy feeling bedding from being overly washed. Contacted property letting them know our refrigerator did not work and things could have been better. They were unwilling to compensate. Oh well better places to stay. Try air BNB you will be much happier then this run down hotel."

"I was not aware that they charge you 25$ a day for security deposit for your length of stay. They don’t refund it for 5-8 days. So, I paid 75$ as I was there 3 days. Had to get the manager to get our room cleaned. Unaware that they clean every other day."

"The biggest surprise was the tile floors, shower, bathroom facilities plus bedding... All new and clean!. Really all of it was impressive for a small metro motel. It's a port town, but we followed Expedia's recommendation and we're pleased we did."

"Our room was clean and spacious. We traveled with 4 other families and no one had complaints about their rooms. The front desk staff and pool/beach staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a nice stay, but the amenities are not big enough to serve a full hotel. We were there during spring break and pool chairs were at a premium. I didn’t sit in a lounger the entire week at either pool bc if you didn’t save them at 10am you were out of luck. I don’t know that they have a way to solve...

"Ocean view actually meant a “sliver” of ocean. The actual view was south facing, directly at the Amrit Condos next door. To see the ocean you had to go outside on the balcony and look left, in between the 2 condos on the beach side. Had the description been clearer, we would have booked a different room. It was unfortunate that they don’t tell you the building you are choosing. Again, booking an ocean view and being placed in the second building (street side) does not allow for an ocean view....
