"I’ve stayed at many Best Western properties. This was probably the worst was old dingy dirty looking nothing worked well and we asked to come in a few minutes early. We were told it was an additional charge. I will never stay on this property again and we have stayed there in the past."

"They charge $15 a night per parking so be sure to add that to your budget expenses. I think it’s a little overkill considering we are staying and spending money in their facilities already but we were blindsided since no where else did it mention that charge until we got there. 5th floor had a very strong odor in the hall and steeped in the room, staff was very accommodating to helping our need and experience so they switch the rooms bless. Towels were heavily stained in what looks like purple...

"Wolf at the front desk was a delight....so friendly and accommodating. Two complaints: 1) the A/C in the BR was extremely loud 2) the shower was not working properly. Pulling the lever up on the tub spout only diverted about half of the water so the shower head pressure was basically a trickle."

"Staff was great. The only issue we had was you are a cashless property but charge cash to wash and dry clothes. That would be ok however because you take only quarters and the manager os the only one who can give you change. This becomes a problem when a manager is not.on duty. Inhad to go to a c- store to get change. I suggest putting a changer in the laundry room or lobby"

"We had a really nice stay. The property is clean and the service is very good. We had great meals in the restaurant. Our only suggestion is to make more paths on the beach through the seaweed to get to the water. The seaweed is heavy and removal is not being done due to the sea turtles."
