"Ocean view actually meant a “sliver” of ocean. The actual view was south facing, directly at the Amrit Condos next door. To see the ocean you had to go outside on the balcony and look left, in between the 2 condos on the beach side. Had the description been clearer, we would have booked a different room. It was unfortunate that they don’t tell you the building you are choosing. Again, booking an ocean view and being placed in the second building (street side) does not allow for an ocean view....

"Our room was clean and spacious. We traveled with 4 other families and no one had complaints about their rooms. The front desk staff and pool/beach staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a nice stay, but the amenities are not big enough to serve a full hotel. We were there during spring break and pool chairs were at a premium. I didn’t sit in a lounger the entire week at either pool bc if you didn’t save them at 10am you were out of luck. I don’t know that they have a way to solve...

"The room floors and shower were extremely clean except for the shower vent. It look like someone took great efforts to upgrade the rooms to make them somewhat appealing with hand painting on the walls and clouds on the ceiling. Staff was pleasant. Parking easy. A/C was excellent. Area, a little uncomforable but nothing happened so may be just me."

"It’s not on the beach as implied in the ad, these photos are AI for sure! The tables were broken no one was there to clean or provide tp during our stay. The kitchen was unusable it was absolutely disgusting covered in foil and burn marks. No smoke detector broken table in the kitchen and living room the dang toilet seat wasn’t even attached… give me a break. The best part was the BANDAID holding the batteries inside of the door lock!"

"We had to wait for 2 hours to check in. The bathroom sink was clogged and leaking day one , contacted the office but it never got fixed. Very nice location, great access to beach, clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price if you don’t mind few issues. "

"Our arrival was totally lacking, we weren’t told where the amenities were what restaurants hours were etc.. We had to crawl down for all of that. Also, that main lobby courtyard being closed really created a tight dark lobby that was not what we expected for a breakers experience at that price. The food was pretty good, the rooms were just fine, we would stay at The Four Seasons in the future."
