"Check in was delayed. Room was not serviced and when it finally was they left a bag of towels instead of putting them in bathrooms. Amenities and pools did not match the cost."

When we arrived at the front desk, there was a sign on the wall that said breakfast is just a grab and go (snack bar/coffee/hot water.) so the following morning, when we went for “breakfast” at 6:10am, the front desk person said they were out of snack bars.
