I loved the place, room isn’t super big but it was perfect for what i needed and the room was super clean . Check in was different as there was no office u had ti scan a barcode to a link but it worked out fine and i did have to talk ti someone and that person was extremely nice and helpful

We arrived late in the evening and stayed for one night. Host was responsive and accommodating. The rooms were clean, we enjoyed the kitchen and living area as well. Walls are thin so we could hear everything and since it is close to the road there is a traffic noise. We think it was a good value and we would stay again.

The Jaxon Hotel was a beautiful property with great customer service from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the location is perfect—especially if you’re heading out on a cruise. One thing to keep in mind: if you need early check-in, be sure to notify them at least a day in advance. Also, there is no traditional reception area, which means no public restrooms are available on-site, so it’s best to arrive just a few minutes before your scheduled check-in time. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it!

Everything at the Jaxon was pleasant with exception of management communication and description of sleeping arrangement. On arrival, I was unable to access the room due to a typing error of the door code. However, once I got ahold of Management by phone, they were able to unlock the door for me. It was stressful to arrive and not have it working. Then the last day, I was offered to extend my checkout time for an additional fee. I accepted and my card was charged. Just two minutes after the ORIGINAL check out time (11am) I receive a phone call stating that I should be checked out by now. Worried and confused, I called management from beach and it turns out that none of the details regarding my check out was communicated correctly. I was very frustrated that check in and check out was not a seamless process. Check room description carefully. If it mentions a “futon”, you’re literally just getting a folded, padded floor mat. See pics. Otherwise. The room and linens were clean. Appliances in working order and clean. The place needs more places to set stuff down instead of the floor AND more trash cans. Staff on site were super nice. Neighborhood beyond the gates of the hotel was super sketchy.

The staff are extremely nice. I really liked the thorough communication before, during, and after my stay. The property is nice and clean. The rooms have everything you need for a vacation stay.

This was our first stay at the Jaxon and we will absolutely stay again! We were so well taken care of, we had a late arrival and everything was easy. It was so clean, great amenities in the room full size refrigerator which was perfect! Loved the decor!

The location of this renewed building was not the best however, it is very recently renovated, everything very clean, the "concierge" whom answered the phone was awesom6e. They do have cameras outside to watch you get into your room and overall it was a fine place to stay overnight. Just remember you do have to take an Uber to the airport. I believe this is the future of hotels and the most inexpensive stay near the airport but don't forget to add in the cost of a " free shuttle " when comparing prices!

The staff worked with me, making sure I got into my room safely. They were easy to reach and very responsive. The room was perfect, exactly what I needed. Spacious, great bathroom, bed comfy and the property felt looked after and well kept. 5 star hotels often feel untrustworthy and like they may not actually be cleaned. It smelled fresh when I arrived and that mugginess that hotels have when they aren’t well kept was non existent. As I write this im waiting for my refundable deposit- so after 5 days I’ll report if I had an issue. Otherwise I’m very happy with my experience and will use the same place when I travel to the area again.
