"Stayed in this hotel for 4 night as a couple and very clean facilites and parking. Rooms were comfortable and staff are friendly. Despite slightly away from the Glasgow good value hotel with free and amble parking"

"Yes to both. Room very clean. Staff friendly. We have two concerns. The main one was that the lift wasn't working and none of the rooms were on the ground, or first, floor. We weren't warned of this beforehand. There were also steps outside down to get to the hotel part and up to get to the restaurant part. Also, we found the room very very hot overnight and couldn't do anything about it. Otherwise fine."

"Probably my favourite hotel in Glasgow. Friendly staff. Great drinks. Double height ceilings and period details give it a real lux feel. The rooms are on the right side of shabby chic but extremely comfortable. Great place to explore the West End from. "

"The lift was out of order and will be for the next month I believe. The hotel is in need of an update and the beds are not comfortable. The staff were excellent though, very helpful and kind. No shuttle to the airport but an easy walk to it. Breakfast was alright but was a charge. Kids eat free for breakfast which was nice. "

"OMG! We arrived and I immediately realized my phone fell out of my pocket in the taxi. Claire was outstanding as I was losing my composure and she was very calming. She knew what to do to help me get my phone back and brought my phone to me with some prosecco! "

"I was just staying for 1 overnight,but the sfaff were very helpful and let me check in early. Also overnight person was helpful changing the time for my taxi as I had lost my voice - he was great and called for me and it worked out.."

"We book the cabins frequently, every 6 months, 4 of us. The cabins now seem to be getting a bit tired looking. Needing a spruce up, some painting, maintenance. In our cabin this time there was a small oil heater as the fire was broken. We reported it so that maybe the next booking could have a nice fire. The coffee machine was also broke and we reported this as well. When we took the “plastic” glasses from the cupboard one had lipstick marks on it. We reported this too and asked for glass wine...

"バスタブがあるのはありがたかったがホーローが剥げているのか汚れて見えた。 USBポートが無かったのであればベター。 ベッドのスプリングが弱く、若干身体が沈んでしまう。 それ以外は部屋の広さ、ホスピタリティ、何より空港の目の前という利便性で、グラスゴー空港で翌日早い便を使う人、夜遅く着便で来る人などにはありがたすぎる十分なホテルです。"
